Providers Supporting Parents
Support parents navigating their child's best possible health and development trajectory
Why Screen
AAP guidelines set a minimum standard but for children to thrive we need to promote, engage, screen, assess and drive actions that include parents, family, providers and the child's environment. The Family-Engaged Developmental Monitoring (FEDM) Roadmap is a great place to start. Child Nav provides the needed tools.
Child Nav IPS
Standard screenings are static and no one screening covers the breadth and depth of information required. Child Nav uses an Integrated Pediatric Screening (IPS) methodology to dynamically apply an array of standard measures as needed to screen and assess, driving the actions required for each child to navigate better.
Put Technology To Work
Connect, integrate and automate for effective and cost-effective solutions that meet parents and providers where they are at. Connect in clinics, early childhood centers, home visiting, call centers, portals, apps, or online via text or email, giving providers easy access to the information they need. The goal is to leave no child behind.
