Details

Sign up and create an account branded to your organization. When your account is created you receive your unique Parent Access link that you can place on your website or send via text or email for parents to access the Child Nav IPS Developmental Checkup. Each time an administration is completed you receive an email which contains your unique Provider Management Portal link where you can login to manage results. The Provider Management Portal can also be used to schedule and initiate future screenings and touchpoint messaging.

Parent Access – Using a Parent Access link enables parents to use a browser on their own personal device such as a smartphone, tablet or PC. Posting the Parent Access link on your website makes it easy to direct parents to your website to click on the link and access Child Nav at any time. Sending the Parent Access link in a text or email enables an immediate response and makes it even easier for a parent to access Child Nav by simply clicking on the link in the text or email.
Provider Access – The Provider Management Portal works like secure email using a link to access the portal and login. You are required to create a password the first time you login. If desired you can enable two-factor authentication requiring a single use code that is sent via email each time you login thereafter. Results report PDFs are managed on the main View Reports screen using a searchable report list. Clicking on a listed report accesses the PDF report for viewing and download if desired. Once a report has been accessed, it is marked as Viewed and can be deleted.

Child Profile Management – In order to support a child over time, each Child Nav IPS Developmental Checkup administration and touchpoint message needs to be connected to an associated child profile. Use the Schedule screen in the Provider Management Portal to manage child profile details and initiate Child Nav IPS Developmental Checkup administrations and touchpoint messaging manually or automatically using a schedule. Child Nav IPS Developmental Checkup administrations are initiated via text or email using a Parent Access link specific to the child profile. This connects the administration to the child profile and enables information from previous administrations to be used to better administer the current administration.

Account Management – Child Nav Pro is an online tool controlled by the user who setup the account. In the Provider Management Portal use the My Account screen to customize branding, configure settings, setup touchpoint messaging and manage online payment. Based on the package purchased there is an initial Standard or Premium configuration to start and then modify to meet your needs.
